Kelly Sibley, MA, is a dedicated advocate for mental wellness and a facilitator of emotional healing who brings a unique, dual perspective to her work. She has cultivated a deep seeded passion, hobby and service centered on creating safe spaces for open dialogue, education, and mutual support.
Beyond her professional background, Kelly identifies as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and an Intuitive Empath. For Kelly, being an HSP means navigating the world with an acute awareness of subtleties—processing information deeply and experiencing sensory and emotional stimuli with significant intensity.
